Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how Humanly Review Outreach provides influencer research, creator due diligence, outreach support, and campaign-related services.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Service Scope
Humanly Review Outreach provides influencer research, creator due diligence, outreach support, campaign organization, and related consulting services. Exact deliverables depend on the selected package or written proposal.
2. No Guaranteed Acceptance or Sales
We do not guarantee that any influencer will accept a campaign, reply to outreach, agree to promote a product, or deliver a specific sales result. Influencer response depends on creator interest, campaign fit, budget, product quality, timing, audience relevance, and other factors outside our control.
3. No Fake Engagement
We do not provide fake followers, fake views, fake likes, fake comments, fake reviews, fake testimonials, bot engagement, or misleading promotional activity. We support ethical influencer outreach only.
4. Public Information Only
Our creator review is based on publicly available information, client-provided information, creator-provided information, and professional assessment. We do not access private accounts, passwords, hacked data, private databases, or unauthorized personal information.
5. No Private Investigation
Creator due diligence is not a private background check, private investigation, or legal screening service. Our work is limited to professional campaign suitability review using lawful and publicly available sources where applicable.
6. Compliance Responsibility
Clients, creators, and brands are responsible for ensuring that campaigns follow applicable advertising, disclosure, consumer protection, platform, data privacy, and industry-specific rules in their relevant countries. Paid, gifted, affiliate, sponsored, or compensated promotions should be properly disclosed where required.
7. Client Information
The client must provide accurate details about the product, service, pricing, claims, target audience, restrictions, risks, and campaign goal. We are not responsible for problems caused by false, incomplete, misleading, or withheld client information.
8. Restricted Campaigns
We may refuse campaigns that involve illegal products, deceptive claims, harmful products, fake testimonials, misleading financial promises, adult exploitation, hate content, harassment, scams, or any promotion that may damage our professional standards.
9. Creator Fees
Creator fees are separate unless clearly included in a written agreement. The client is responsible for approving creator rates before any creator payment or campaign commitment is made.
10. Content Approval
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final campaign messages, briefs, claims, product details, and creator deliverables before publication where approval is required.
11. Refund Policy
Because our work involves research, review, strategy, communication, and time-based service delivery, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. Any custom refund condition must be stated in writing before the project begins.
12. Confidentiality
We treat client campaign details, strategy documents, outreach lists, and internal reports as confidential unless the client gives permission to share them.
13. Campaign Timeline
Timelines depend on campaign complexity, creator availability, client response time, creator response time, and selected package. Delays may occur if the client does not provide required information or approvals on time.
14. No Legal Advice
Humanly Review Outreach does not provide legal advice. Clients should seek legal guidance where required for regulated products, advertising claims, contracts, tax issues, data privacy, or country-specific promotional rules.
